Interested in bringing the Brain Bus to your organisation?

2. A member of the Brain Bus team will contact you to discuss the service: During this call, we will discuss:

   • Information provided on your booking form
   • Possible date to commence services, number of visits, frequency, length and specific time frames for your visits.
   • Costs of your visits and any special offers that may be available.
   • Any other questions you might have about the services we provide.

   We can then set a date for a Site Visit to customize your Brain Bus experience.

3. Day of Service - Participants will visit the Brain Bus and/or group in accordance with the programme agreed during the site visit.

   • 2-3 participants will visit the Brain Bus at a time according to schedule you create.
   • Participants will be assisted to and from the Brain Bus by your staff and one member of your staff will remain on the bus with them during their visit.
   • If you have chosen to have a group, the equipment will be brought in and set up in the predetermined area and the group activity will be conducted as arranged during site visit.
